Intensive month of personal coaching. Target areas of the body to get you started on your journey to a more connected, balanced and mobile seat. Pelvic Planes of Movement

Enjoy this mini course embodying the three planes of movement of the pelvis. We look at the movement of the pelvis in the sagittal, frontal and transverse planes in standing, sitting and the supine position. We will be using the mini roller, green textured balls and the orange balls in the course to increase the range of motion of the pelvis.
