Sign Your Waiver

Before attending your first live class, please take a moment to sign your waiver. This is a quick but essential step to ensure everything is squared away.

Live Class Schedule

Here’s the schedule for your live Independent Seat classes. Be sure to add these times to your calendar so you never miss a session:

Monday: 7:00–7:25 AM MDT

Wednesday: 7:00–7:25 AM MDT

Friday: 7:00–7:25 AM MDT

These live sessions are the perfect opportunity to refine your seat, ask questions, and connect with the practice in real-time.

Get Familiar with Your Course Portal

Your course portal is your go-to space for everything Independent Seat! Here’s what you’ll find:

Live Class Access: Log in to join your live classes directly from the portal.

On-Demand Classes: Access recordings anytime to practice at your own pace and revisit key techniques.

To log in, simply head to the top right corner of the menu and click “Log In.” Once inside, explore your library and get comfortable with the layout—it’s designed to make your experience seamless and enjoyable.
