1. Sign the Waiver
Before attending your first class, it’s essential to complete the required waiver. This ensures your participation.

2. Access the Course Library
You can log in to your course library by clicking the Log In icon at the top right of this page. Use the email and password you chose at sign-up to access important course materials, class notes, and updates. Your library will be available for 55 days, so make the most of it to support your personal practice between sessions.

3. Subscribe + Stay Informed
Make sure you’re subscribed to our emails to receive:

  • Important updates about your course
  • Class reminders so you never miss a session

You should have already received an email with details about your purchase. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder—it may have ended up there.

Class Details + Preparation

Location:
Take Flight Osteopathic Wellness Studio
Parking is available on the street or behind the studio.

Timing:
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to get settled and ready to begin.

What to Bring:

  • A yoga mat
  • Water bottle
  • Bands and balls
  • A cushion or bolster for added comfort

Preparation Tips:

  • Arrive on an empty stomach or have a light snack beforehand.
  • Dress in comfortable clothing that allows for movement.
