Saturday:

  • 8:00–10:00 AM: Unmounted session on the chosen topic.
  • 10:30 AM–12:30 PM: Semi-private mounted session.
  • 12:30–1:30 PM: Lunch break
  • 1:30–4:30 PM: Semi-private mounted sessions (1 hour each).
  • Evening: Social + bonus lecture.

Sunday:

Hosting a clinic is an investment in your barn’s growth and your riders’ success. Here’s the breakdown of costs:

  • Clinician Daily Rate: $1,470/day (plus travel expenses)
    Includes all unmounted and mounted sessions, bonus evening lecture, equipment, props, gift bags and written materials.
  • Rider Fee: $425-$495/horse + rider for the weekend
  • Auditor Fee: $105-$125/person for the weekend

Note: Rider and auditor fees are suggested rates. You’re welcome to adjust these to suit your barn’s needs and maximize profitability.
